Step 2: perfect product design

Relying on our comprehensive knowledge of solar cells, various solar module materials, rich experience in solar module manufacturing and with our strong project management and design team, we will provide the most professional advice based on your needs and optimize product design drawings. This is followed by production cycle and lead time assessments as well as cost accounting until you are satisfied.

Step 3: creation and testing of first samples

Before mass production, we will make samples, determine final product specifications, materials and process requirements, or make 3D models for your reference. At the same time, your samples will be subjected to a series of professional tests in our laboratory, including accelerated stress tests subjecting them to hot, cold and humid conditions, maximum voltage, and long-term ultraviolet irradiation to ensure the durability and safety of the products.
